In its Resolution No. 15 of 29 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Resolution”), Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation paid attention to occurrence, processing and peculiarities of procedural issues in relations between the employee and the employer. Despite the fact that the Resolution focuses on regulation of employment and directly related legal relations between employees and employers, including employers among microenterprises, findings can be useful to all employers without exception.
