My career in corporate finance and appraisal activities began in 2000, and since then I have gained extensive experience in starting and running developer projects, projects on appraisal of investments, real estate properties, asset complexes, business planning, insured property damage, appraisal for IFRS purposes, etc. Participated in many litigation processes as an expert (Arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow and Moscow region), performed over 4 000 projects in Russia and abroad.

I graduated from Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering, and studied professional appraisal at Moscow Professional Appraisal Institute affiliated with the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and at Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy.

In 2006, became a partner at Grant Thornton Russia, heading the Investment Consulting and Valuation Department. In 2015, when Grant Thornton Russia became a member of Baker Tilly International, joined Baker Tilly Russia as a partner.

I am a certified appraiser of the Russian Board of Appraisers and a holder international CCIM degree.
